Well, looks like it's back to the salt mines of restauranting for me now; this time I'm going to some sort of italian restaurant, although I've really got no idea what to expect--I hear it's very popular in America, and I guess in Italy? But uh...we're not either of those?

Oddly, I think it's near Fudomine...they deal mostly in sweets, so since I have little experience in baking I guess that's why I'm going there first, to work for a few weeks?

..Also, I wonder why dad turned red after I mentioned that I saw a certain someone dressed like a tramp on the corner across the street?

...Maybe it's best I didn't ask.

It was fun while it lasted but I just don't know what to do--I said I'd go as far as the nationals with them, but then what?

Dad's been talking about getting me apprenticeships in the area, short term gigs and so forth. For someone in the food biz, this is basically like high school and college...but also I have the urge to go to high school too...maybe I can get him to make them part time; at the least I don't need college.

I just don't know how many people'd miss me, being that I'd have to leave the tennis team to do these jobs...it's kind of frightening.

Oh

What.

The.

Hell.

Are.

You.

Wearing.
Ah, thanks to everyone for the party this week at the amusement park, it was really appreciated. I would have posted my thanks earlier but some little squirrel got in here and chewed through my computer wires!

Anyway, aside from replacing those, I got some other presents--which is good cause I just cleaned out a lot of stuff from my room.

Got some manga, a few figurines, but I got some extra spending money since the manga I really want doesn't come out till next week, release dates and all!

Met that foreign girl, Mckenzie-san, at the amusement park and she spent some time with us. That was fun...I hope she wasn't too scared by everyone else though.

Oh, I have a new cell phone guys...ask me at school and I'll give you the number.

Ah, I feel kinda bad, but I threw out all the stuff Shinji gave me...including my cell phone. Dad gave me a new one, he understood. We gave that phone a good send off, chopping it into a bunch of pieces though.
I felt it was time to move along...
I'm glad we won though...I've gotta give it my all, even if I'm gonna stop in High School...

I noticed that red haired foreign girl in the stands today...and I ran into manga girl again.

Strange...

...Did anyone else know that we have foreign students? I guess I never noticed till I bumped into this red-headed girl today...I guess that's the term? She certainly wasn't Japanese...And she spoke English mixed in, it was kind of obvious.

I wonder why I never noticed her before?

And I think I saw a girl from my class today buying the same manga as I was, but I couldn't talk to her cause she ran away from me.

Weird...

...I also didn't notice there were so many cute girls at our school.
